A Modern Rebirth of a 1947 Miami Home

This renovation transforms a unique residence into a bright and contemporary home. A full interior demolition allowed for a complete reconfiguration of the layout, opening the main living spaces and strengthening the connection between the house and its surroundings.

At the center of the design is an open European-style kitchen integrated with the dining and living areas, creating a fluid social environment defined by custom millwork and refined materials.

The exterior was fully updated while preserving the character of the original home, including the restoration of the existing pool and the conversion of the former carport into a covered outdoor living space.

Living room with cream curved sofa and round tables, opening to a dining area and kitchen with linear pendant lights
Galley kitchen with wood base cabinets, white counters, black hood with lit wood shelves and glass pendants over the island
Bathroom with floating walnut double vanity, wall-mounted black faucets, wide mirror and frameless glass shower
Dining nook with white upholstered chairs beside a walnut built-in shelf with decor and a sliding door to a green patio
