Privacy Policy

This website is operated by the studio identified in the footer of every page, at the address and contact details shown there. If you have a question about this policy, email us using that address.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, project type and message. We use those details to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

We keep a short-lived, one-way fingerprint of the sending IP address to rate-limit the form. It cannot be reversed into an IP address, and it is deleted automatically within two hours.

We measure how the site is used with our own analytics, built to avoid identifying you. It sets no cookies and no advertising identifiers.

Instead of storing your IP address, we combine it with your browser's user-agent string and a secret value that changes every day, then hash the result. That hash lets us count a repeat visit within a single day without ever storing the IP address itself, and it stops matching you as soon as the daily value rotates.

We record which pages are opened, how far down them you scroll, which links are clicked, and basic performance timings. A per-tab identifier lives in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we detect it and record nothing at all.

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes — for example if we add Google Analytics — you will be asked for consent first through a banner, and nothing will load until you accept.

Signing in to the private admin area does set cookies, but those are strictly necessary to keep the session secure and are only relevant to studio staff.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: a hosting and content platform, an email delivery service for notifications, and the bot-protection service mentioned above. They process data on our instructions only.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the project relationship. Raw analytics events are kept for thirteen months, after which only aggregate counts remain.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us using the address in the footer and we will respond.

You can also enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, which this site honours automatically.

This site is aimed at people looking for architecture and construction services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
