A sunset Views Residence

This 5,634 sf waterfront residence overlooking Biscayne Bay was completely reimagined to create a brighter, warmer, and more contemporary living experience. While preserving the home's distinctive curved architecture, the renovation focused on improving openness, circulation, and connections to the surrounding views.

A redesigned chef’s kitchen anchors the main living spaces, flowing into a double-height living room framed by expansive glass. Throughout the home, natural materials and warm wood finishes soften the architecture and create a calm, cohesive atmosphere.
